Cancellations

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at icraftmantra@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will dispatch a replacement product within 3-4 business days, considering the handmade nature of each item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return request and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
