Shipping Methods

We use DTDC and India Speed Post for domestic orders, depending on the connectivity of the pin codes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from either our delivery partners or us.

Delivery Timeline

​

• Standard Orders: 7 to 10 Business Days

• Custom Orders: 20 Business Days

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at icraftmantra@gmail.com.

Missing Packages

​

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at icraftmantra@gmail.com. After delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will issue a ticket with the shipping partner to obtain proof of delivery and investigate the matter. Please be assured that we will keep you updated throughout the process based on the shipping partner's findings.
